250gbeef mince

3garlic cloves

1 thumbginger

1shallot
sliced

2 Tbsplight soy sauce

1 tspchinese five spice

1 tspred chili
chopped, less if you don’t like it too spicy

Instructions
Step 1
Fry garlic and ginger in a pan, add beef mince, and break up with a wooden spoon.
Step 2
Once the beef has browned add soy sauce, five spice, chopped chili, and honey. Cook until the beef is a little crispy, and the sauce is sticky and thickened. Remove from pan.
Step 3
Make sauce by combining all ingredients. Cook the noodles.
Step 4
In the same pan, cook shallots until slightly crispy. Add the cooked noodles, pour over the sauce, mix well, and add the beef back in.
Step 5
Serve up into bowls, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
