Instructions

Step 1
Fry the onions in a pan sprayed with oil spray for a few minutes to soften.
Step 2
Add the beef and brown for 3-4 minutes using a spatula to break the beef apart.
Step 3
Season with Chinese five spice, minced garlic, soy sauce, then crumble in the beef stock cube.
Step 4
Add the sliced peppers and spring onions, drizzle over the hoisin sauce then add the noodles.
Step 5
Coat in the dark soy sauce, white rice vinegar then drizzle over the honey.
Step 6
Mix well and cook on high for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated wonderfully.
Step 7
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, sliced spring onions and prawn crackers if you fancy.
