Tunacado Bagel
Tunacado Bagel Recipe 🥯
Healthy, high protein and delicious! Canned tuna is probably the most convenient way to get protein but i honestly don’t get how people can eat it just in chunks straight out of the can. I personally find it so dry like that!
I had some cans sitting in my pantry for months and one day I decided to mash it up with mayo and then I realised that I loved tuna all along because I have always loved tuna sushi which im pretty sure is just tuna and mayo?
Anyway this bagel is delicious and you can also use this filling in sandwiches, rice bowls and wraps too!
Ingredients: (for 2)
185g can tuna in olive oil
2/3 of a large avocado
2 tbsp kewpie mayo
1/4 of a large red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup dill, finely chopped
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
1/4 of a lemon, juiced
Method:
Drain the oil from the tuna and mash in a bowl with the mayo. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Scoop onto a toasted bagel with cheese and tomato and enjoy!
