Instructions

Step 1
Dice your chicken and put it into a bowl. Add cornflour and seasonings and mix well until coated.

Add 1 tsp of oil to a large pan on medium heat. Add chicken and pan fry on all sides until browned, but not fully cooked.
Step 3
Next add garlic, onions, and spring onions and fry for 1-2 minutes before adding in bell pepper and broccoli. Mix well, turn the heat down slightly, and cover. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Give everything a stir before adding the noodles, bean sprouts, and soy sauces.
Step 5
Continue to stir, and when the noodles feel properly fried and browned, remove from heat and plate.
Step 6
Serve with chili flakes and extra sliced spring onion.
