Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan cook the ground chicken until cooked through. Drain any excess fat or grease.
Step 2
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, and minced garlic. Cook for one minute.
Step 3
Add in the coleslaw mix and cook 5-6 minutes until tender. Stirring frequently.
Step 4
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for an additional minute.
Step 5
Serve with a soft boiled egg if desired and enjoy!
