Italian Beef Sandwiches

Instructions

Step 1
Trim excess fat and rub beef with italian dressing. Generously sprinkle seasoning and garlic powder over beef. *You can add red pepper flakes for more kick.
Step 2
Place beef in Crock Pot. Pour entire jar of pepperoncini and juice over the beef. *You can add sliced onions and/or jar of roasted red pepper as well.
Step 3
Cover. Set on LOW and cook for 10 hours.
Step 4
Once beef is done, shred with two forks removing any additional fat.
Step 5
Preheat oven 400F. Placed sliced rolls crust side up on baking tray and toast 4 minutes in oven. Remove from oven.
Step 6
Turn rolls over and with tongs add beef to each roll. Top with cheese. Bake open face 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
