Honey Sriracha Salmon

BROILED HONEY SRIRACHA SALMON✨ an easy, flavorful dinner you can whip together on busy weeknights! This sweet and spicy salmon is packed with flavor and cooks in just 8 minutes so you can get on with doing more of what you love while still fueling your body with a delicious, healthy meal 🙌🏻 Ingredients: 4 salmon filets Honey Sriracha Marinade: 1/4 cup sriracha 1/4 cup coconut aminos 2 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp ground pepper For serving: prepared rice, sliced green onion, sesame seeds Directions: Whisk together all of your marinade ingredients Place your salmon filets to an airtight container and pour the marinade over top, reserving about 2 tbsp of the marinade. Cover and let the salmon marinade for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours Place your oven on high broil Add your salmon filets to a parchment-lined baking dish, shaking off any excess marinade If needed, trim the sides of your parchment paper so the edges aren’t sticking out (or else they will burn) Broil your salmon on high for 8 minutes Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes Serve over prepared rice and drizzle with reserved marinade Enjoy! Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together all of your marinade

Place your salmon filets to an airtight container and pour the marinade over top, reserving about 2 tbsp of the marinade.

Cover and let the salmon marinade for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours

Place your oven on high broil

Broil your salmon on high for 8 minutes
