Broiled Seasoned Salmon

Instructions

Step 1
Rinse salmon and pat dry
Step 2
Pour some lemon juice & soy sauce over slices. Let sit for 10 minutes
Step 3
Combine spice ingredients and rub generously into salmon slices, on all sides, using a glove.
Step 4
Spray lightly with oil
Step 5
Sprinkle everything but the bagel spice
Step 6
Broil for 11 minutes on high
