Instructions

make the streusel

Step 1
Combine the flour and sugar in a bowl.

Add in the cold, diced butter.
Step 3
Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend the ingredients until the mixture looks like coarse crumbles.

for the muffins

Step 4
Preheat oven to 400.
Step 5
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Add in the beaten eggs, milk, and butter. Do not overmix.
Step 7
Pour in the blueberries and carefully stir.
Step 8
Add muffin liners to a muffin tin and scoop the batter evenly into each liner, filling each one all the way to the top.

Sprinkle the streusel on top of the dough.
Step 10
Bake for 25 minutes until the muffins are golden brown on top.
