In a large bowl combine all the wet ingredients

Sift in the flour and add the sweetener

(Optional) coat the blueberries in a bit of flour

Add blueberries to mix
Step 7

Divide batter into 9 muffin cases

(Optional) heat up some blueberries in the microwave, mash them up and add to the top of the muffins, you can also use jam

Bake at 180C for 25-30 mins
