Instructions
Step 1
1. Season the chicken with my recipe…. Or your own
Step 2
2. Put your chicken upside down in the air fryer bin (this retains the moisture in the chicken)
Step 3
3. Turn the air fryer on at 180 for 50 minutes
Step 4
4. Once done turn the chicken so it’s the right way up and put back in for another 30 minutes to crisp the skin
Step 5
5. If you have a meat thermometer it should be a minimum of 165 degrees by now
Step 6
6. Take out and rest for 10 minutes
Step 7
7. Plate up and enjoy
