Instructions
Step 1
Sieve the self raising flour into a mixing bowl and then add in the Greek yoghurt and combine together until clumps form
Step 2
Then use your hand to bring together into a ball before dusting the side with a dash more flour and kneading for a few mins. Bring together into a ball once more.
Step 3
Heat a medium frying pan with some cooking spray and then place the ball in the middle and press down into the pan with your knuckles first, followed by your palm, squeezing into all corners of the pan to form an even layer of dough
Step 4
In a bowl add the passata, diced garlic, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes and stir to combine
Step 5
Take the dough off the heat and spread over the passata before topping with the mozzarella
Step 6
Lay down the slices of salami and then either transfer to a baking tray if your pan isn’t oven safe or keep in the frying pan and place under a medium high grill for 6-8 mins
