Instructions
Step 1
Chop vegetables, beef, and cilantro into 1” squares
Step 2
Coat pan with avocado oil and cook steak for about 5 minutes with salt and pepper and garlic
Step 3
Add onions and peppers, cook for 3 minutes
Step 4
Add tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes
Step 5
Mix in potatoes
Step 6
Add tomato sauce, cilantro, and seasonings of choice, mix then cover for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
Step 7
Eat with tortillas and avocado salsa
