Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel carrots thinly.
Step 3
Steam the carrots for five minutes on a double boiler.
Step 4
Add the carrots and all the other ingredients to a baking dish and mix well.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool and then transfer to a container. Refrigerate.
Step 7
Enjoy on a bagel with vegan cream cheese.
