Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°.

To a small baking dish, add all the ingredients listed above minus the spinach and chicken. Cover and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the orzo is throughly cooked.

Add the spinach and mix all the contents together until evenly combined and well distributed.
