Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C°.
Step 2
Place Boursin in the center of a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
Add sun-dried tomatoes around the cheese.
Step 4
Pour in dry orzo.
Step 5
Add broth over everything.
Step 6
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Add spinach on top.
Step 8
Add frozen meatballs on top of spinach.
Step 9
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 10
Stir well, breaking Boursin into a creamy sauce.
Step 11
Return to oven and bake for 10-20 more minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Step 12
Let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
