Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place Boursin in the center of a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 3
Add sun-dried tomatoes around it.
Step 4
Pour in dry orzo.
Step 5
Add broth over everything.
Step 6
Season with Italian seasoning + salt + pepper.
Step 7
Add spinach on top.
Step 8
Add frozen meatballs.
Step 9
Cover tightly with foil → bake 20 minutes.
Step 10
Remove foil → stir well, breaking Boursin into a creamy sauce.
Step 11
Return to oven uncovered → bake 10–15 more minutes until liquid is absorbed and orzo is tender.
Step 12
Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
