For the dough
400gzucchini
300gpolohrubá mouka
1 packbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspsalt
150ggranulated sugar
1 packvanilla sugar
3eggs
room temperature
50mlmilk
room temperature
100mloil
lemon zest
0.25lemon
squeezed

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the baking sheet (32x26cm).
Step 2
Peel and grate the zucchini.
Step 3
Melt butter in a pan, add sugar and then flour to make crumbs.
Step 4
Whisk eggs and sugar until smooth.
Step 5
Add milk, oil, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Step 6
In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and mix well.
Step 7
Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix well. Then add the zucchini.
Step 8
Pour everything into the sheet, top with fruit and crumbs.
Step 9
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
