Greek traditional oven roasted lamb! An amazing recipe that will become your favorite! Recipe below šŸ‘‡ā¬‡ļøšŸ‘‡ ā€¢ingredients: - 4-5bl lamb any cut of your choice -2-3lb potatoes in quarters ( optional) - salt - pepper oregano - 1 onion in slices - 3-4 garlic cloves in quarters - 2-3tbsp mustard ( optional) - 2tsp beef bouillon (optional) - lemon juice from 2 lemons -olive oil measure with your heart - 2-3 cups water - 2-3 bay leaves ā€¢ instructions: - into a very large roaster with lid add the lamb chunks, the onions, the garlic, the seasoning/spices, the mustard, the olive oil, the lemon juice and mix very well - last add the water only from the sides , shake , cover and bake at 400F ( 200C) for about 2 hours - make sure your roaster has enough room and your food is not squeezed! - when is ready enjoy either with roasted potatoes and a Greek salad and grilled bread

Instructions

Step 1
into a very large roaster with lid add the lamb chunks, the onions, the garlic, the seasoning/spices, the mustard, the olive oil, the lemon juice and mix very well
Step 2
- last add the water only from the sides , shake , cover and bake at 400F ( 200C) for about 2 hours
Step 3
- make sure your roaster has enough room and your food is not squeezed!
Step 4
- when is ready enjoy either with roasted potatoes and a Greek salad and grilled bread
