Instructions
Step 1
heat milk with the cinnamon sticks and sugar until it boils. Take out the cinnamon sticks
Step 2
soak the bread slices in hot milk until well soaked
Step 3
beat the eggs in a deep plate
Step 4
add the oil in a pan over medium heat
Step 5
dip the bread slices in the beaten egg and fry them in the hot oil until golden o both sides
Step 6
remove the torrijas and place them on absorvent paper to remove excess oil
Step 7
sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the torrijas
Step 8
ready to serve
