Banana Peel Tea

2 steps
Prep:5minCook:10min
I go through a decent amount of bananas, especially overripe ones. One day it dawned on me that I'm simply throwing out all these peels, when they could probably be put to good use and help reduce waste. Just boiling a ripe banana peel in water is a great way to make a simple herbal tea.
