1puff pastry sheet
thawed
½ cuppotatoes
cooked, mashed
¼ cupfrozen peas
thawed
¼ cupcarrots
chopped
1 tablespoonmango chutney
1 tablespoonfresh cilantro
chopped
For the dip:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cut puff pastry sheet into squares.
Step 3
Combine mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, chutney, and cilantro in a bowl.
Step 4
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry square.
Step 5
Fold squares into triangles and seal edges with a fork.
Step 6
Brush samosas with water or milk.
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 8
Meanwhile, whisk together yogurt, honey, and cumin for the dip.
Step 9
Serve samosas warm with the dip.
