Instructions
Step 1
. Preheat oven to 190C and line a tray with baking paper.
Step 2
2. Mix together the miso, garlic, maple and sesame oil.
Step 3
3. De-seed the pumpkin and wash the skin. Place pumpkin on the baking tray and coat in the miso mixture.
Step 4
4. Roast for 30-40 mins depending on how thick your pumpkin chunks are, until cooked and caramelised
