Instructions

preheat oven. cut pumpkin into squares. season with olive oils and herbs. Put in tray and take to oven for about 30 min

if adding chicken, cut it in squares, season it salt and pepper and put in over

mix tahini, lempon juice, water, salt and honey
Step 4
stone dates and chop them
Step 5
take pumkin and chiken out. put in bowl and add dates.
Step 6
serve with dressing and fresh herbs or greens. add seeds
