Instructions
Step 1
Take the chicken and the marinade sauce out of the fridge
Step 2
Add oil to a pan over medium heat once hot add the chicken to the pan
Step 3
Cook for 4 mins then turn over
Step 4
In the meantime Add the nandos marinade to the pan and boil
Step 5
Cook for a further 4 mins until brown on both sides and check the temperature should be 165 degrees
Step 6
Then take the chicken pan of the hear and add the marinade to the chicken pan and coat the chicken then serve brush the marinade sauce over top
