Instructions
Step 1
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl. Marinade chicken for at least 15 minutes
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix all sauce ingredients, except cornstarch slurry, in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked. Remove from pan.
Step 4
Pour sauce into the same pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.
Step 5
Add chicken back into pan, flipping to coat fully.
Step 6
Slice chicken and serve over rice with leftover sauce.
