Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the diced onion and chopped green pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Step 3
Sprinkle the mixture with salt and cornstarch, then stir to combine.
Step 4
Pour in the beef broth, A.1. Sauce, and steak seasoning. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Step 5
Let the mixture cook until it thickens into a saucy consistency.
Step 6
Place slices of provolone cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
Step 7
Spoon the beef mixture over the cheese and cover with the top halves of the buns.
