Super seedy snack bars
6 steps
Prep:10minCook:15min
The best thing about these super seedy snack bars is that they can be eaten raw or baked. Up to you.
If you like a softer texture then leave them unbaked and just refrigerate but if you prefer a crunchier bar then bake. They are perfect for a quick snack.
With no refined sugar and full of healthy fats, protein and fibre they will definitely keep you full too.
