Italian tacos
Bolognese tacos ๐ฎโค๏ธ๐ TAG A FRIEND! ๐๐พ๐ ๐ฅ by

Recipe makes (5-6 tacos)

Ingredients
500g beef mince(ground beef)
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sweet paprika
2 tsp dry parsley
Black pepper and salt
1 tbsp tomato pure
1 1/2 cup tomato passata (sauce)
1/3 cup water
1/2 vegetable stock cube
Any Grated cheese( I used cheddar)
Mini tortilla wraps
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Heat a 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and cook until soft, add the beef mince(ground beed) and brown over high heat for 5-6 min, add the chopped garlic, fry for 30-40 second, add the grated carrots, tomato sauce, seasonings, salt, vegetable stock cube and the water, combine and cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 15-20 min.
Dip each tortilla wrap in the bolognese sauce, place in a pre heated pan, add grated cheese on the tortilla wraps, add 2-3 tbsp bolognese taco mix, more grated cheese, fold the tortilla wraps and grill on each side for few min on medium heat until slightly browned.
