Instructions

Step 1
Set a few pieces of the chocolate aside for topping.
Step 2
Melt the butter and whisk it together with all the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and continue to stir for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Sift in the flour and baking powder and carefully fold it in with a spatula.
Step 4
Add the chocolate and let the dough rest for 30 minutes under a kitchen towel.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough into small balls, spaced quite a bit apart. The balls should not be flat whatsoever.
Step 6
Top the dough balls with a couple pieces of chocolate and some flaky salt before cooking. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
Step 7
Let rest before eating for a minimum of 10 minutes. Enjoy!
