Instructions

Step 1
Soak cashews overnight. Soak dates in hot water until soft before preparing smoothie. Blend cashews and half of water until smooth. At dates and blend one minute. Add remaining ingredients and blend. For the water I pour the water off of the dates for a little more sweetness. Serve hot or cold.
