Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Put the salmon in a baking dish and pour 1/2 the marinade on top. Bake in the oven at 400 for 15 min then broil for 3 min.
Step 2
Combine onion, tomato, olives, and chickpeas in a bowl. Pour the rest of the marinade in to be used as the dressing. Once everything is mixed together, add to a bowl of spring mix. Lastly, top with the baked salmon and feta sprinkle.
