For the sausage:
1kglow fat sausage
2whole bell pepper
1onion
small, diced
1 tspsumac
salt
pepper
juice of lime
⅓ cuppomegranate molasses
¼ cupolive oil
For the potatoes:

Step 1
mix the onion with sumac, salt and pepper, lime juice. After five minutes, add the pomegranate molasses and olive oil, then mix. Pop the potato cubes into the air fryer after seasoning it with olive oil, onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper. Also goes into the air fryer the sausage along with the two bell peppers. Once they’re ready, enjoy with rice with cinnamon and raisins, any salad, or a Taboula salad. And don’t forget one final dash of fresh pomegranate.
