1. Kook de rijst

2. Snij de ui, knoflook en tomaten. Fruit de ui, tomaten, gember en tomatenpuree met garam masala

3. Voeg de tomaten, tomatenblokjes, water, room en bouillontablet toe. Laat 6 tot 7 minuten sudderen. Roer spinazie door.

4. Bak paneer in een beetje olie en roer door de saus. Breng op smaak met peper, zout en garam masala en serveer met rijst
