Step 1
1. Heat up that pan & toss in the veggies. Sizzle 'em up until they're soft, which should be about 10 minutes.

2. Slide in the beef and give it a good mix until it's browned and mingling with the veggies.

3. Time to spice things up! Add curry powder, stock powder, flour, tomato paste, and if you're daring, those chilli flakes. Stir until everything's dancing together and coated nicely.

4. Pour in the water, and give it a good stir until you've got yourself a thick and luscious gravy.

5. Letβs get to the pie finale! Lay those pastry sheets right on top, tuck in those edges, and spritz with some olive oil. Now, into the oven it goes for 20 minutes at 200C. You're aiming for that stunning golden brown!
