Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°. Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice tin.
Step 2
Melt butter in a saucepan over a very low heat, stirring. Once melted add golden syrup.

Mix dry ingredients and fruits in a bowl, making sure to break up lumps of fruit. Add the butter mixture and mix to combine.

Press into baking tin and bake for 20 - 25 mins or until golden.
