Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Step 2
Blend cottage cheese and milk
Step 3
Add cottage cheese and milk mixture to a pan on medium heat. Add slices cheese and stir until melted then add shredded mozzarella
Step 4
Once all is melted, add the mixture back in the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Bring it back to the pan over low heat and add nutritional yeast.
Step 6
Cook beef mince, add cheese sauce then mix in with the pasta.
