Instructions
Step 1
Dice and fry onions until translucent.
Step 2
Slice pastrami and add to the onions. Let it fry for a little while.
Step 3
Add some sauerkraut.
Step 4
Lather mayo and mustard on gorilla wraps.
Step 5
Layer the pastrami mixture (leaving a bit of a rim so that the meat doesn’t fall out when you roll it.)
Step 6
Roll the wrap, dip it in egg, and coat it in cornflake crumbs.
Step 7
Fry the wrap on both sides until golden.
Step 8
Best to leave it whole and slice before serving.
