✨ 30 DAYS OF WINTER WARMERS ✨ Day 10: Easy Chicken Tikka Masala Pie So there isn’t much cosier a big bowl of Chicken Tikka Masala 😮‍💨 and if you add some deliciously buttery puff pastry into the mix too, you have the DREAM cosy meal 🥹 This all came together with hardly any effort and also with hardly any washing up too 🤣 Packed full of protein too, Lovelies you NEED this in your life! I also serve mine with a bit of Natural Yoghurt and Coriander, which is optional, but really recommended 🤤 📌 Don’t forget to SAVE to give it a go ❤️ 📍Serves 4 📍532 Calories & 30.8g Protein ✨ 400g Chicken Breast, diced ✨ 1 Onion, diced ✨ 1 tbsp crushed Garlic ✨ 70g Tikka Masala Paste (I used ) ✨ 1 x 400g tin of Chopped Tomatoes ✨ 70ml Single Cream ✨ 1 packet of ready rolled Puff Pastry (I used ) ✨ 1 Egg, beaten

Instructions

Step 1
- Spray an ovenproof pan with some cooking spray then add in your onions along with a pinch of salt; cook over a medium to high heat for around 5 minutes, or until softened. - Next add in your garlic and fry for a couple of minutes until fragrant, then add in your chicken breast and cook for a further 5 minutes or until browned at the edges. - Add in your tikka pasta and allow to cook out for a couple of minutes, before adding in your tomatoes, a pinch of salt, and half a can full of water (literally fill the tomato tin half way up and pour it in) - Stir well, simmer for a minute or two then add in your cream and stir until combined. - Working quickly top your pie with your pastry (I cut mine into individual squares as I think it looks pretty 🤣) and then brush on your beaten egg. Bake at 190c for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crispy 🫶🏼 Leave it to stand for a few minutes before serving, then dive on in and enjoy 🥰
