Ingredients

1 blockHalloumi
1red bell pepper
3 Tbsptikka curry powder
150gyoghurt
1 Tbspolive oil
1onion
1 clovegarlic
ginger
2 Tbsptomato paste
200mltomato passata
100mlcream

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the halloumi cheese and red bell pepper in chunks. Add them in a bowl together with tikka curry powder and yoghurt. Give it a mix.
Step 3
Get a baking sheet and place the halloumi pepper mixture on it. Bake it for 15-20min.
Step 4
Heat up olive oil together with onion and garlic and fry them for 2-3min.
Step 5
Add ginger, tikka curry powder and tomato paste and let it simmer for another minute.
Step 6
Pour in the tomato passata and cook it for 15-20min.
Step 7
Add the cream. Get the halloumi and pepper mixture out of the oven and mix it into the sauce. Cook for another 2-3min.
Step 8
Serve with rice, naan bread, couscous or quinoa.
