Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients.
Step 3
Sift the dry ingredients into the liquid ones.
Step 4
Mix them, but not too much.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Step 6
Draw a line down the center using a dough scraper with 1 tablespoon of oil (little trick to help the cake rise properly).

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 40-45 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, whisk the Philadelphia cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk, and set it aside.
Step 9
Once the cake is cool, add the cream on top and sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon.
