Ingredients

1 ½ cupswhite rice
cooked
2 lbbeef
cooked and lean ground, or pork
7eggs
cooked, scrambled or boiled
½ cupgreen beans
cooked, finely chopped
¼ cuppumpkin
can, cooked, plain, canned
3 ¾ teaspoonsfish oil
rich in omega-3 fatty acids
2 ½ teaspoonsturmeric
anti-inflammatory properties
2 ½ teaspoonsCosequin
joint support
parsley
chopped, for freshness
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the white rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Brown the lean ground beef or pork in a pan until fully cooked.
Step 3
Cook the eggs as desired (scrambled or boiled), then chop or mash them.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cooked and lean ground beef or pork, cooked egg, finely chopped green beans, pumpkin, fish oil, turmeric, powdered probiotics, and chopped parsley.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well until thoroughly combined. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Step 6
Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions. Freeze 2 portions and keep 1 in the fridge. Each portion serves 3.5 days (6-7 meals, 1/2 cup of food).
