Spinach feta and egg white recipe ⬇️ 42 G protein, 310 cal per serving, all macros on story 🥰 Stop wasting your money on Starbucks and make this yourself at home, with wayyy more protein and way more fresh and delicious. It’s the perfect healthy breakfast combining fiber and protein. Ingredients: 1 cup spinach 2 oz chopped sun dried tomatoes 3/4 cup egg whites 2 tbsp feta cheese Sprinkle of red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and pepper 1 tbsp butter Ezekiel’s sprouted grain GF wrap (or any sour dough /sprouted grain wrap of your choice) 1. In a med high heat pan sauté the spinach and tomatoes in the butter 2. In a bowl combine the egg whites, feta, and seasoning 3. Pour into pan with spinach and cover to cook 4. Once eggs cooked, cut into pieces and assemble into a rectangle in the center of the wrap 5. Fold the top and bottom first, followed by the sides, tucking them in tightly 6. Add the wrap back to the pan (folded side down first) to toast the outside and then flip 7. Cut in half and enjoy 🥰
