Silver dollar waffles
Csid-friendly waffles 🧇 (This recipe works best with the nordicware silver dollar waffle pan.) *Can't have tapioca flour or arrowroot starch? Make your own flour blend with 1/2 cup coconut flour and 1/2 cup almond flour.

Ingredients

3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat pan over medium heat and season with butter or oil.
Step 2
Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat egg and then add egg and buttermilk to dry mixture. Mix until blended.
Step 3
Spoon 2 tbsp batter into each cavity and cook until waffles begin to bubble. Flip waffle and continue to cook until golden brown
