BLUEBERRY & MILK CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS🍫😍 464 calories & 33g protein!! You guys loved my raspberry & white chocolate baked oats, so this week I tried a blueberry & milk chocolate combo and it was delishhh😍😍This literally tasted like I was eating dessert for breakfast!🤤 INGREDIENTS - 50g rolled oats - 25g white chocolate whey isolate - 80g banana - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 100ml water - 80g frozen blueberries - 10g milk chocolate protein spread METHOD - Preheat your oven to 180C. - Add your oats, protein powder, banana, baking powder, cinnamon and water to a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. - Spray a skillet or baking dish with some frylight then pour in your mixture and top with some frozen blueberries. - Place in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden. - Remove and top with the melted protein spread and enjoy!! ✨CALORIES: 464 ✨PROTEIN: 33g ✨CARBS: 63g ✨FAT: 9g Code ‘KIRSTY’ for 💰💰 off at !!
