Base
½ cupquick oats
20gchocolate protein powder
⅓ cupsoy milk
or any milk
½ Tbspflax seeds
½ Tbspchia seeds
½ Tbspsweetener
optional
1 tspcocoa powder
vanilla extract
Yogurt layer
Top layer
Instructions
Step 1
.Mix all the ingredients together for the base.
Step 2
And pour your mix to the jar you will be using.
Step 3
2.Prepare and mix the yogurt layer ingredients in a separate bowl too. And spread that on top of the base.
Step 4
3.Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a bowl.
Step 5
Them crush the rice cake into small pieces and mix it with the chocolate
Step 6
6.Without waiting pour the top layer over the yogurt layer on to your jar.
Step 7
7.Lastly leave it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
