12 ouncesfettuccine
2 tablespoonsolive oil
3 clovesgarlic
minced
2zucchini
small, sliced 1/4" thick
2plum tomatoes
chopped
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
freshly ground
1.5 poundsshrimp
medium, peeled and deveined
1 cupfrozen peas
2 tablespoonsfresh basil
chopped
2 tablespoonslime juice
½ cupshredded asiago cheese

Step 1
Thaw/prepare shrimp if needed
Step 2
Prepare the fettucine according to package directions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, or just until golden. Add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Stir in the shrimp, peas, basil, and lime juice.

Cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.

4. Place the fettuccine in a serving bowl. Top with the shrimp mixture and cheese. Toss to combine
