Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Step 2
Start by placing clean, dry chicken thighs in a glass or foil dish.
Step 3
Put 1 stick of softened unsalted butter in a bowl. The butter will need to be soft enough to pour in a future step.

Add all seasonings to softened butter and mix.

Step 5
Pat your chicken with paper towels once more to ensure they are extra dry.
Step 6
Pour seasoned butter all over chicken thighs and use a brush or spoon to mix the butter and chicken so that the butter covers all sides of your chicken pieces
Step 7
Cover pan with foil and back at 400°F for 45 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from oven, remove foil and baste chicken with juices. Set aside any juices that you plan to use for flavoring side dishes. Return to oven and bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
