Instructions

Step 1
Fry off onions peppers chilli and garlic for 5 mins Add Mince and cook until brown Add salt pepper spices and tomato paste and cook for 3 mins Add tinned tomatoes, kidney beans, baked beans, BBQ sauce, tomato ketchup and beef stock. Cook in a sauce pan for 30 mins or move to slow cooker. Low for 8hrs High for 4hrs Add chopped Corriander just before serving
