Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Cook sausage in skillet as directed; remove & cut in thirds.

remove grease from skillet. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, saute til tender.

2. Meanwhile, beat together eggs and milk. Stir in sausage, mushrms, peppers, mexi- corn, muffin mix, cheese & grn onions.

Pour into greased 1 1x7x2-inch baking dish.

3. Bake in 350°F. oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 m.
Step 6
Serve topped with salsa
